Project Goal: To create a customer support-focused post to help users solve the Netflix “incorrect” login error, thereby building brand trust and reducing support tickets.

  • Strategy: Position the brand as a helpful expert and reliable partner by openly addressing common customer pain points.
  • Design Execution:
    • Maintained the premium, dark, and minimalist brand identity.
    • Used a clear phone mockup showing the actual error screen for an easy-to-follow guide.
    • Highlighted the “incorrect” error in red to draw immediate attention to the problem being solved.
    • Established this as part of a “Daily Tips” series to provide ongoing value.
  • Outcome: A professional, on-brand post that provides tangible value, builds customer trust, and strengthens the brand’s reputation.
